Hi all,

please can you help me fix this problem...

TiVO just shows the...
"The Recorder Cannot display Live TV. Try these tips, one at a time

1. change channels.
2. ..."

My tivo is connect to Sky boxand has been working fine up until this morning.

when i press aux on remote i can see that sky box is out putting picture and sound perfectly.

I've tried repeating guided setup, reboot, all connections are ok.

Also, TiVO is still changing the SKY box channel when i go up and down the channels I just can't see the picture etc...

HELP!!!! lots of good telly on at the moment!!!!

Switch the TiVo off at the mains - leave the Sky box switched on. Wait 30 seconds then power up the TiVo.

Sometimes the TiVo needs to "see" the sky box as it powers up. A soft restart (via the menu) isn't enough in this scenario.
