My tivo has lost all color, occasionally a quick flicker of color will appear for a few moments. I am using composite cable to connect from Tivo to the TV. I have recently done a test to figure the source of the problem. I used (in the test) a RF cable to connect it, still no color only moments of it. I also unhooked tivo completely and color came back to the TV. I've tried restarting the system no luck. I tried hooking up tivo to a different TV, same issue. So I have eliminated all the other variables and TiVo is the only thing to blame. Please help if you can, Thanks so much!!!!!!

When you disconnected the TiVo did you reconnect the picture source using composite cable connections. That's where your problem likely lies with the composite input on the TV.
2 things to try.
Try the TiVo on another set and try connecting the TiVo to the TV using the cable input and see if the problem persists.
The problem sounds like its your TV's composite inputs!

When I reconnected I used both compsite cable and RF cable. When I reconnected to the other TV set I used composite cable.

Are the menus in color or black and white?
If the menus don't have color, the problem is probably in the video cable between the TiVo and the TV. S-Video cables can lose color if they're not connected all the way.

Yes, the menus are in black and white. But there is a change, I now have color but the picture is very low quality. I changed the cable coming from Tivo to the TV with no luck, same picture. Can there be an issue with Tivo's internal hardware?

I think I have identified the issue. Radio Interference. I discovered this when I unplugged my tivo wireless adapter. The color magically appeared. Although it still may go in and out of color. I am using regular cable to connect my tivo to my tv. Should I change this? Should I shield my Tivo from the radio waves? If so how could I do this? Cover it in aluminum foil?
