Effective 11/15, in many San Francisco Bay Area communities (e.g. Oakland), Comcast has vastly altered channel assignments for non-OTA HD channels. Many channels, including ESPN, EsPN2, HBO HD, and Showtime HD have switched (see list below). So far, the changes have not been reflected in Tivo program guides (although the channels are being received). If you have season passes for shows on the affected channels, you may need to to set up manual entries for any telecasts in the next few days toreflect the new channel assignments. Here is the list of HD channels for Oakland as of 11/15:

HDTV - Limited Basic
702 KTVU - HD (FOX)
703 KNTV - HD (NBC)
704 KRON - HD (IND)

Thanks for the info. I was wondering why I couldn't get espn today.

At least they didn't change the standard locals channels.

It looks like TiVo is now distributing the updated connection list (at least for Oakland). You should get the next time your TiVo call home. You can, of course, force the call.
