Transferring Service to New HD Tivo

I currently have 1 S2 Tivo and am paying 6.95 monthly for service. If I buy an HD Tivo, can I transfer my service to the new HD Tivo and still retain the 6.95 pricing? Thanks.

The reason why I ask is because if I can't maintain this 6.95 price I'd get the Series 3 Tivo and be able to use the $200 rebate, otherwise if I can keep the 6.95 price I'd just get the HD Tivo with no rebate.

Why not call TiVo and find out, we on this board can only guess (I think you can but don't make me pay the difference if i am wrong) as TiVo now changes pricing without warning.

I did exactly that about a month ago. Just changed the serial number on my second unit online. Billing did not change.

Cool, thanks everyone. I was worried because of the low 6.95 price for 1 tivo that if I called in they'd see it and switch it to the full price for the new one. I ended up calling and they said it would remain the same.
