I am a big fan of Earl, I will probably watch this one again, but the only thing I found funny was Darnel going into labor, however it was very funny.

You're kidding, right? When do they ever say "In a world" on Heroes? That is a movie trailer line and is used in most sendups of movie trailers. Hell, Jason Lee was even imitating the guy who does those trailers.
