I recently bought a new tivo and the 3-year prepay plan.
I'm thinking with the new pricing I should switch to the one-year $129 plan, since I'll have more flexibility.
Can I call CS and make the switch within the 30 day refund window? Or will I have to go through the silliness of returning the box and starting over?
