Scheduled shows duplicated in Season Pass

Not sure if this has anything to do with the bug in the recent TiVo software upgrade (I tried searching the forums before posting this) but I'm still getting duplicate scheduled shows within the Season Pass. These are shows that have the same scheduled time, date and channel. It doesn't matter which one I pick to record. And that double checked purple circle is also there. Anyone else having this issue?

What show is it? Does it have the program information on both of them? Or is one (or both) of them a generic description? There are certain shows/channels that don't provide detailed programming info, so the TiVo doesn't know which episode is really airing. It will record all shows of this type to make sure you don't miss anything.

I definately tried to re-boot. I even deleted one Season Pass for a show and then re-entered it to see if that would also make a difference but nothing changed. It's a Series 2 Dual Tuner. The program info is exactly the same on the duplicate scheduled shows. Most of the shows I'm trying to record are first runs anyway. By duplicate shows I don't mean re-runs that are aired on more than one Network (example...Family Guy, CSI's, etc). Not sure if it has anything to do with the way my TiVo downloads the daily updated program info. I do have a wireless set up.

This happened to me on my S2 last week (and I forgot to report it here). I suddenly noticed I had about 54 SPs when (according to my handy spreadsheet) I should only have about 43.

What I found was a lot of duplicated SPs, and most of them had the PC icon. It looks like, for some reason, all of my TiVo Central Online SP requests had been re-downloaded. I had to go through and manually remove them all. I also found a few SPs that were way old, for shows that weren't even on anymore (like Alias) that must have been re-downloaded.
