tivorevolution has the best customer support

I just wanted to let you guys know what the guys at tivorevolution com did for me. I bought a 250 Gig hard drive from Tim last year. My old tivo died on me (the motherboard went out) so i bought a new one. I wanted to use my tivorevolution in the new tivo since it has a bigger capacity. I emailed tim to ask if it would work with my new dual tuner. He said no but if i shipped it back to him he would reimage the hard drive for FREE!! I never see customer support like this from all the big Corporations! So if you are looking to upgrade your hard drive check out tivorevolution since they have awesome customer support!

Or you could do it yourself for free, or support one the forum's sponsors like dvrupgrade. Didn't a recent thread get shut down for "pimping" this tivorevolution guy?

Yes, there clearly appears to be a viral advertising campaign going on here.

Hopefully,we won't have to add this company's name to our filters?
