A couple months ago I used the MFSLive Linux Boot CD to upgrade from the 80GB drive in my Series 2 TiVo to a Seagate 400GB drive. Unfortunately, this drive is way too loud, and I've been dealing with random skipping and pixelation issues. I'd like to replace this drive with either the same size or 500GB DB35 drive.

Can I use the MFSLive Linux Boot CD method again to go to another 400GB drive or possibly to a larger 500GB drive? If not, is there another way to do this?

Thanks.

Sure, just use mfslive again.

Thanks. I thought I read somewhere that you could only use the MFSLive method once for some reason. Am I thinking of something else?
