Keep losing MAK on TivoHD for MRV

It was suggested in the S3 forum that I try this here.


I have both a THD & S3 plus multiple S2's I can't keep a MAK for MRV on the THD. I have rebooted(soft and hard) both the HD units multiple times but the THD will only sometimes come back up with a MAK. The next day or sometimes hours later it's gone again! I haven't had a problem with any of my other units. Any Idea's?
I am running 9.2J on both units and running a wired network.

Next time you lose it look at the system information screen and see if the TiVoToGo listing says "a,a,a" if it does then it could be a hardware problem. If not then you may want to log into your account on tivo.com and try resetting the transfer option by turning it off then back on.
