Video file not txfring, audio is??

I cannot trxfer video files to my S2 540 (sys 9.1) from my computer, but the audio does transfer. I get a black screen with audio.
I have no problem with the THD (9.2)and the S2 140 (9.1) either.
Just setting up my DT S2 649 and it still has system 7.2, it accepts the transfer fine as well.
Just wondering if this is a problem with 9.1 and the 540.

What software are you using? (galleon/pytivo/tivo desktop)

What format are the videos? Can you transfer a video from the tivo to the pc and back with video and audio?

I'm using TiVo desktop latest version. All are wireless except the DT. The DT just got 9.1 and it transferred from the computer no problem. I'm using the TiVo wireless adapters.
I just changed USB ports on the wireless adapter on the 540 and restarted it, it still doing the same thing no video but audio ok.

There is some sort of problem with 16x9 videos on the 540s. I'll try and dig up the links

OK, that sounds like a winner. I just looked at videora and see that I had it set up on 16:9. Let me try a 4:3 and get back.
