No login prompt for web client: TivoToGo

When enter my Tivo's IP address, I just get a generic landing page that says "Congratulations" and then lists a bunch of Home Media features (e.g. TivoToGo). I don't get a login prompt for my user name and MAK.

I have version 9.2.J1-01-2-648 and TivoToGo is a,a,a. What's the deal?

try https://x.x.x.x (note the 's')

And if you have a Series 3 or TiVo HD you must have software version 9.2 or newer (i see you do).
