I may a little slow, but I purchased the Tivo Desktop Plus. I installed it and used the media access key during the install. Since I downloaded the plus version, I didn't realize you need to "upgrade to Tivo Helpdesk Plus" in the Help menu of the software. Once i did that, the tivo finally started recoginzing the .wmv file i had put as a test.
