Computer shows in Folders?

When I have more than one episode of a show (ie Heroes) in my Now Paying display, they are put into a folder. When I open my computer's shows, it just shows the name of the show; not even the episode name. Is there a way to get shows on my Windows box to be in folders like they were on the TiVo itself before they transferred?
