Transferring to computer -

I have two Tivo's - and have no problems with computer to Tivo transfers or playing music, viewing photos, etc. on either one of them. And I have no problems transferring shows from one of the Tivo's to my computer. I can also transfer back and forth from one Tivo to the other. But I can't transfer shows from one of the Tivo's to my computer. When I go to "Pick Recordings to Transfer" it starts the "Getting Programs . . ." and then goes to "There was an error . . ." I've rebooted the Tivo, restarted the computer, reinstalled desktop, and just about everything else I could think of. By the way, this only started happening with 4.5.

simular issue, can transfer the files, even tho it takes hours to do so, but when attempting to load said files with WMP they will not play the file from the TTG
