Hi,
I've had a Tivo HD with Verizon Fios working well for a month now. However, on two occasions, when the unit is recording 2 shows simultaneously, any button I push on the remote gives me that "tom tom/kick drum" sound and nothing happens. I have to restart the unit by unplugging and replugging which usually fixes it. I understand why it wouldn't let me change the channel, but it's annoying to not be able to access previously recorded shows, and was never a problem with my DirectV TiVo's. Haven't had the chance to wait for the shows to finish recording to see if problem undoes itself, but it still shouldn't happen in the first place.
Anyone have any similar experiences or any suggestions?
Thanks,
Brian
