Series 3 vs. TiVo HD

I'm thinking of purchasing either the S3 or the Tivo HD now that they have the new software update out.

Right now, with rebates, there's basically only $100 separating the two, with the S3 being the more expensive one.

Is there someplace or someone that has done a comparison on these. Just with storage alone, the S3 sounds like the better deal.

THD has more RAM, and supports larger disk drives (>2.2TB).
