Our S3 has started to have problems. It's running 9.2 w/ a TB drive via eSATA. The last week it's started having problems. It will reboot on its own and sometimes show the "Repairing...wait 3 hours..." screen. Sometimes playback of video gets choppy. A reboot fixes it for a while.

9.2 issue? Started soon after that.
Drive going bad?

Certainly sounds like one of your drives is bad. Or it could be a bad connection to the eSATA drive; check that out first. Almost certainly not a 9.2 issue, this is hardware problems.

I divorced the external drive last night. So far so good.
