Upgade Phillips series 1 612

I have a series 1 Phillips hdr612 - I have already upgraded the 40 gigs to 120 gigs but they are dying. What is the best way to copy the 120's to 300's?

For Ethernet, just add a turbonet card. It is plug and play with 3.0 software. Search "Steve jenkins TiVo hack" for further hacks to directly access the TiVo, so you can further hacks.
