There's something endearing about this show; I suppose it's the "lesson of the week" format reinforcing the closeness of family and friends. But they really do the stereotypes pretty well.
That was also a cool way to fire people... have one of the people you're gonna fire deal with firing everyone else you're gonna fire. I'll have to remember that (minus the ridiculous crib sheet). :)
