TiVo Series 3 Partially Connected To Network?

i've had a tivo for about 5 years, but it just died so i went out and got the new HD 300 hour box. i got it connected to my home network no problem, it's able to download show lineups, but when trying to access videos from the NOW PLAYING section i get "TiVo is denied access" error message. i have TiVo Desktop installed, i've manually added my computer's IP to the TiVo's server list and it shows the name of my computer in the server list, but i can't get past this error. any ideas?

I'm not clear on which way you're going here ...

Are you seeing the error in TiVo Desktop when trying to connect to the Now Playing List of your TiVo? Or are you trying to pull a video from your PC to the TiVo?

sorry for the confusion. the error i was getting was on my TiVo when trying to access the video folder of my computer through TiVo's "NOW PLAYING" section. as it turns out, once i restarted my computer (and esentially TiVo Desktop Server), everything on my TiVo began working correctly and connecting to my computer via TiVo Desktop without any trouble.
