TMZ has learned Daniel Dae Kim, who stars as Jin-Soo Kwon on "Lost," was popped by Honolulu PD early Thursday morning on suspicion of drunken driving. Jin and juice!

The Honolulu Advertiser reports Kim was arrested around 3:00 AM, wearing a polo shirt and khaki shorts. Gary Collins, is that you?! Kim was released about two hours later. Details of the arrest were not immediately available.

Kim is the fourth member of the cast of "Lost" to be arrested. Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros were arrested for DUI in December 2005, when police spotted their vehicles weaving along a local road. Both pleaded guilty, and were lost from the show soon after. In September of 2006, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje was arrested and accused of disobeying a police officer and driving without a license. Those charges were later dropped -- and then he was dropped from the show as his character was killed off by a crazy smoke monster.

Story developing ...

Boy I hope tradition doesn’t hold true and Jin gets shot or eaten by a smoke monster because of this.

Can’t these actors get it though there heads and just hire a driver.

I don't think hiring geese as drivers would work out well. How would they reach the pedals? ;)

The reporter missed a good pun. Jin and juice? Jin and tonic

Is the lady the plays Daniel Dae Kim's wife his real wife? since they have the same name.

Actually the reporter did have a good pun, you just are too old to know it ha ha (just kidding). Snoop Dogg has a song called "Gin & Juice" and the lyric is "Rollin down the street, smokin indo, sippin on gin and juice".

So as you see, he did do a pun. Still lame but it was a pun.

Nah. Jin and juice was funnier. I laughed out loud.

Maybe the DUI's are a set-up to serve as mild spoilers to us fans to sort of let us know someone is going to die on the show, without actually saying it. Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

There's quite a few Kims out there. :p

I think its a curse. Besides the arrests (and corresponding job losses), Josh Holloways house was robbed at gunpoint and Evangeline Lilly's house burned down. The curse of the numbers is true!

The actress who plays Sun actually auditioned for the part of Kate, which would have been pretty weird. I don't think the character Sun existed in the pilot until the producers rewrote it because they liked the actress but thought she was wrong for Kate.

This is my recollection from the extras on the Season 1 DVD.

HAHAHAHA Nice… stupid spell check. First I try not to take the Lords name in vein so I don’t offend Christians but I end up offending the poor Geese who have no hope of ever driving… lol

Is that true? If so, those things (especially the second one) are very eerie considering what Sawyer and Kate have done in their backstories on the show.

And Terry O'Quinn won an Emmy. No wonder he wants to stay and the rest of them want to get out.

Not when he started on Lost. He was in Babylon-5 Crusade some years earlier and he spoke quite a lot. He might have been doing it phonetically, not knowing exactly what he was saying, but it sounded completely realistic to me.

Huh. Interesting. I thought he said in the Season 1 DVDs that he'd never acted in Korean before Lost, or that he hadn't done so in a very long time. I think he said he always spoke Korean (as a second language), but had never acted in Korean. But that's just my memory from something I watched over a year ago.

He definitely grew up in America (imdb check confirms this). He speaks Korean like a Korean-American who learned Korean later in life, definitely not like a natural Korean speaker.

Don't you remember the stories about when Kate (Evangeline Lilly) and Charlie's (Dominic Monaghan) house burned down? They're hooking up and living together and their house burned down about a year ago.

Hadn't heard about Josh Holloway getting robbed though. Sounds like these guys need to stop hanging around Hurley. That guy is cursed.

Aren't people normally held for much longer than 2 hours when arrested for DUI?

Here's links to the two stories:

That connection is strange. I didn't even pick up on that until you pointed it out, good catch.

I knew about the robbery at Josh's house but not about Evangeline and Domenic's house burning down.

Terry O'quinn sold his house here in Baltimore (had a huge yard sale that was wild) and moved into a hotel in Hawaii. Maybe it's the house owning thing that's a curse. And the driving drunk thing.

They should make a sequel and call it Drunk.
