Channel icons gone

I upgraded my sony sat t60 and all the channel icons are gone how would i go about getting them back any suggestions? The icons are all directv icons for every channel

They will probably come back after the next connection to whatever server these connect with.

I had it call the home server and still no icons after 36 hours being up and running

It probably has not yet been updated to the latest software. When that happens , you will probably get all your features back.

There may not be a way to force the update(if that is what's going on here), you may just have to wait until it happens.

If you restored from a backup image, that image likely didn't contain the logo slices. If you did a piped backup/restore, you likely didn't copy them that way either. You should get them with a software download, or you could hack the box and manually load them.

the problem is when i made a complete copy of the original drive was a got an error 51 so i had it delete everything. my original drive also gives me error 51 and a question would instantcake have the icons loaded with the software it uses?
