TWC NYC has changed their lineup on Oct. 15 and Tivo has not made the change. I am not the only one with this problem. Please alert Tivo - I have been on hold for over 20 minutes and can't get through.

i'm not sure who you're asking to alert tivo of your issues, but odds are slim to none that anyone will do it for you. and yes, being on hold for eons seems to be epidemic these days (i was on hold for 45 minutes with AT&T - now longing for the return to the baby bells...)

best bet is to report your problem at the following link, then follow up if nothing happens in the 5-7 business days their canned response says it will take.

I live in NY and channel 17 used to be the history channel and Tivo still shows it that way but it has programming for sci-fi.

Zap2it (Tribune) still has the listings wrong, too.

I'm in Northern Manhattan and also haven't received lineup updates from TiVo yet. I did receive a deletion of channel 80 the other day.

I'm in Brooklyn with the same problem. Forced a call this evening but still no fix. TWC changed their lineup on Oct 15 (without notifying their customers, of course) so why has it taken 4 days to fix this??

Maybe nobody reported it. Be sure to use the link in the page above or click here: http://customersupport.tivo.com/LineUpForm.aspx

My lineup changed, BUT my tivo didn't change the season passes AND both the old channels and new ones show up simultaneously in the upcoming showings list. So for example, Mythbusters shows up on channels 18 (the old discovery) and 66 (the new one), and my season pass didn't update. I just updated ALL my affected season passes to the new channels. It took about an hour.

This is the first time in 8 years owning a TiVo that this happened. Shoddy.
