Another shortened DL.TV

My last episode of DL.TV was only 33 minutes long - it ended mid sentence. This has happened previously, but last time, there was discussion about it and DL.TV/Tivo admitted there was an error on there part. This time, I've seen no such discussion. Am I the only one that this happened to??
