Cablecard problem since 9.1 update - a lil' help please!

I don't know if this is a coincidence or not but my cablecards and S3 have been working without a glitch since the S3 first came out. Now (I think)since I got the 9.1 update, I am losing digitals on one tuner everyday. (analogs still there) If I reboot when I get home from work all is OK again, with both tuners getting all channels?

TiVo or Comcast SA cablecard problem?

any Ideas?
