2.5 Downloads fine, but converts? Not so much...

I just installed TTG 2.5 to replace TTG 2.3, and I'm able to transfer files with no problem, but when it's done transferring it does not convert the files to iPod form...I can give it the command to do so, but it doesn't seem to do anything (I remember that TTG used to say "converting to portable" or something like that after it was done transferring, but it doesn't do anything of the sort now). I'm running Windows XP Pro. Any ideas?

Yes, and it says that it's installed correctly.

Maybe try an uninstall/re-install. You should still get the little ying/yang swirlie over the TiVo Desktop icon in your system tray while a conversion is going on.

Yeah, I tried that as well, and it didn't change anything.

Is the TiVoServer.exe process running?
