Is this DirecTV's call home # for the receivers?

Just curious if this phone number (866) 709-2073 is the one that all the D* receivers call when they are connected to a phone all the time. (ex. PPV, NFL Ticket, ect.) I know it's a different local number for the TiVo stuff. Just noticed this number on my Vonage account this morning after I left one of my D*TiVos still hooked up to the phone line. OTOH it did fix the nag screen :up:, but I hear all the bad stuff about 6.3e :down:.

Btw how many days has your nag screen display? Until I connected the both units today, one was 746 days and the other was 740 days.

That seems to be one of the numbers used to call DirecTV. Another is 800-531-5602. I am also seeing calls to 800-713-9276.

Why would you risk breaking your DTivo units by allowing it to dial in and upgrade to ver 6.3? 6.2 is far more stable and really there is nothing in 6.3 worth the risk.

Wasn't thinking of 6.3e, just the nag screen.
