Slow 'Now Showing' redraw

If I delete a show the Now Showing screen is back almost immediately
If I delete a second show I have a blank screen for up to 30 seconds, then the data shows up again
Any fix for that? Thx

Reboot the unit?

Is this a zippered unit? I had this problem on my zippered unit and could not fix it so I had to zipper the unit again. and now I have no problem.

I believe it is the unit itself. I switched the hard drive to an older backup and it's doing it too.
