Desktop Plus - Convert to ipod and PSP?

I have the desktop plus and it so far it seems to work well but I have a question. I have an ipod and a PSP. I have it setup to have the tivo auto-convert for my PSP and I also keep the .tivo file. Is there a way to have the tivo convert the .tivo file a second time to the format for the ipod?

Right click on the file in the TiVo Desktop Now Playing list and select convert. Pick the new profile you want to use. This is a new feature added to TiVo Desktop 2.5 that is very welcome.

I click on the option to convert to iPod. I don't get an error message - but nothing happens! Any suggestions?
