Do I include my access card when selling my 10-250?

Just call Directv and deactivate the card. The TiVO can then be tested but cannot be used without a new Card. It protects both the seller and the buyer.

The unit was deactivated when I upgraded to my HR20. Awesome, thanks for the reply!

Before selling it...just call DirecTv and make sure they have taken it out of your account.
