I am sure this is a software issue as I have done a search of this forum and see other have had this problem. When you push the fash forward it goes a couple of secondsa and freezes for a couple of seconds and the screen goes black. I have two HR-250's and they are both doing the same thing.
My question is can you request a software update from Directv or what is the best course of action to get this software clitche fixed?? I will have to check and report back as to what version of software these units have now as I am not sure. If that is important, I can check and post later.
