I just pulled my Tivo (Directv Hughes SDVR40) out of my closet and tried turn it on and it won't go past the Welcome Powering Up screen. I did upgrade it with an additional 80gb drive after owning it for about 2 years. Is this problem most likely the hard drive(s)? I just want some guidance before I drop 20 bucks on instantcake (I don't have a virgin image) to try to recover it? Could the problem be something other than the hard drives? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
