Locals??

I went on vacation and took my HR10-250 with me to record some of the new season shows. I am back in Charleston now and I cannot get the locals via Directv. These are the regular locals, not HD or OTA.

Any ideas?

Call DirecTV and say "hey my locals are broken?"

I can get 2 of them on this receiver. On my HD20 I still get all of them.

Go to your DirecTV account online and try Refresh Your Services.

I tried the refreshing via the website - no luck. Called them and after being on hold for 30 minutes he tried to refresh also - no luck. Put me back on hold until I finally hung up. I tried another hard reboot and now cannot get any of my locals. It shows that all of the satellites are getting strong signals, but there is this beside the multiswitch (DISEQC).

What does this mean?

Did you at one time have Dish Network? I believe that is used for switching Dish LNBs. Try bypassing it and connect your HR10 directly to the dish lines as a test.

I did another reboot and this time it shows "4 port" beside multiswitch.

Any more ideas? All of my other receivers are working OK.
