pixelation on OTA with S3 running 9.x - anyone else

I'm worried OTA pixelation has escaped from CableCARD-only and started to affect OTA on 9.x. Anyone else?

Another local viewer is seeing the same problem on the same station NOT using a TiVo. So I think it's an issue with the station. Fwew!
