TiVo Desktop 2.5 Upgrade - Photos But No Music

I have spent the last two days on the phone with tech support at TiVo and Linksys trying to get this issue resolved, to no avail. When I upgraded to TiVo Desktop 2.5 I lost my networking to TiVo. There was no listing for my published photos or music. Then I did some troubleshooting on my own using TiVo’s support website. I got Photos to show up and I can view them, but no music. I‘ve tried unplugging and re-plugging the TiVo, the cable modem, the router and the Ethernet cable. I’ve tried upgrading the firmware on the Linksys router, opening the recommended TCP and UDP ports on the routers firewall, opening the TiVo IP to DMZ and still only photos. I have disabled Windows and McAfee’s firewall and can’t think of anything else that might be blocking the ports.
Can I go back to Desktop 2.4? Any suggestions? Help, I miss my music!
