channel changing

My TiVo isn't changing chnnels at certain times. I record something at noon everyday and recently it hasn't been changing to the channel. I went to the channel changing feature and tried fixing it but it hasn't worked. Any advice?

No, no 6. Comcast Motorola cable box.
