Can't transfer anything

I just upgraded TVs and cable to TW HD Digital cable. I now have my old Series 2 Tivo hooked up, but when I go to Tivo Transfer on my computer, everything that has since recorded is not transferable. I thought it was HD stuff, but not all that stuff is HD. Is there a way to get this stuff?

Your provider is setting the copy protection on their box output to all channels. You have to call them and have them correctly set it.

So I called Time Warner and they had no idea what I was talking about. What is it that I should tell them?
