One Tuner in B&W the other in Color

Cable guy came today to set up my Series3. We tried both cable cards in the first cable card slot, but they came in black and white. Tried them in the second slot and both worked in color. So, I have one tuner in B&W and one tuner in color?

Any suggestions?

I had this behaviour for about 2 days when I got this S3 (warranty replacement). I was pretty disappointed, because I thought I was going to have to exchange yet another S3. But I decided to "leave it be" and it stopped after about 48 hours. I can't confirm, but I'm pretty sure it was resolved by the software update that was delivered in that 2-day window.
