Help With Dish 351 Satellite Box And Tivo Guided Setup!

Hello all-

I just moved into an apartment complex where we are provided with DISH 351 satellite included with rent. Now, I'm trying to set up my tivo and I *think* I've placed the IR receivers in the correct place, but I"m not sure, and even though I've tried in the three possible places they should be, when going through guided setup, the TiVo can't change the channel. I need to have this working by premieres next week! Please help!

Here's an old thread concerning IR emitter placement for the Dish 301 receiver. Your 351 is supposed to be the same as the 301 except it is used with apartment complexes.
