Hello,
I've been searching all day.. without any luck.
I have a S1 tivo with a Nic card installed.. and have been using it to download
guide data though my DSL line without a problem..
Problem now is, I have moved and no longer have DSL.. I have Wildblue Satilite
internet service. And now I can no longer download guide data that way for some
reason. ( the modem is defective in the tivo so I can not use it, and so far I have
had problem getting an external modem to work. )
Anyway, I'd REALLY like to use the internet connection.
Does anyone know of a way to get this to work?
I think the problem is Tivo uses H**ps: connections, which are timing out.
Has anyone found a wait to increase the timeout for the connection??
I think that is what needs to be done.
