I am having trouble converting files to iTunes to use with my iPod. About 1/4 of the files convert fine, but most of them are unreadable. When I try to open them, I get the following error message:
"Error -2002: a bad public movie atom was found in the movie"
All was fine when I had Windows XP. This error message started then I made the change to Vista.
Anyone encounter this, or have an idea what the solution may be? Thanks very much!
