Futon Critic says 12 episodes were ordered, but there have been 9 shown so far and USA's site says only 2 more episodes left. Is the finale gonna be 2 hours?

TV.com shows two more episodes which makes it 11 episodes. Maybe there was an unaired episode?

False Flag 9/13/2007
Loose Ends 9/20/2007

Loose Ends is a two-parter, Part One from 9PM-10PM, Part Two from 10PM-11PM (Eastern), on 9/20/07. That makes twelve episodes the full season order.

Anyone see if they have another season on order?

I hope this isn't a one and done series...

It was officially renewed a couple weeks ago.

My wife was away most of the summer so I saved a lot of shows for her (Rescue Me, Big Love, Entourage) but I watched some others (Damages, Burn Notice). I've been trying to get her into Damages and I wanted to have her see Burn Notice last week, but I forgot it was a rerun! My DVR recorded a "Burn Notice", but when I watched it it ended up being a L&O:SVU episode :(

New Ep this week though! Yay!

My To Do List is listing "Loose Ends" as one two-hour long episode.

That's great it has been renewed. Any news on casting a new Fiona for next season? ;)

Man, oh, man, everybody hates Fiona!
Gabrielle Anwar is the main reason I love this show.
I think she's the cat's pajamas!
Oh well, there's no accounting for taste.

No there is not. She looks like she was hit in the face by an Ice Road Trucker. The very definition of a butter-face.

Gabrielle Anwar is the main reason I love this show.Me too. She's stunningly beautiful, and funny, and really humanizes the show quite a bit, making it well-worth watching, instead of just another cable throwaway. I think they could get rid of the mother and the buddy, and they could even get away with replacing Jeffrey Donovan, but if the touch Fiona the show just won't be the same.

I think you've said this before, and it still baffles me. I like Fiona, I like her a lot...but CLASSY?!? I'd say she's a lot closer to the opposite of classy...but in a good way.

I'd say she's a lot closer to the opposite of classy...but in a good way.I guess I just personally see in all of Garbrielle Anwar's roles a certain poise and stature, not terribly behind that of Diana Rigg's. Your mileage may vary. (How do you feel about the early Diana Rigg? Her face was almost plain; TV Guide decades ago characterized her as only "perilously close to being beautiful.") Perhaps I'm just a sucker for Anwar's wiles & personality fostered by her Middlesex, England upbringing.

I just see Fiona as more crass than class.

Not that there's anything wrong with that! :D

Has anyone yet conjectured that maybe Fiona somehow fostered the burn notice, 'cause she wuvs Michael, wants to keep him stuck in Miami, so she can keep him all to herself?

Yeah, someone says it in almost every Burn Notice thread.
