Use the mfslive.org CD. As long as you have the current software, you do not need to worry about 137GB.

Yes, the 137GB limit was history for SA Series2 TiVos several years ago. Use the new MFSLive boot CD it has fixed several bugs that are in the other MFSTools v2 boot CD's. (http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?p=5478073&&#post5478073)
