Thinking on bying a TIVO ia am new on this help

2 questions i am overseas can i get the services? and if can't gett it will i be able to record prohrams? what would i be missing out?

Not that we can discuss here.

At very least you can subscribe to the TiVo service and get manual recording features, and at most online content. That is assuming you will be able to use a TiVo based on the TV format and power you will have.

My advice always for those outside of TiVo's service area is to not try a TiVo, but just get a generic service-less DVR, or one made for the market you will be in.
