Where does nic_config reside?

I have installed turbonet (years ago) on my Tivo and it all works fine but I want to change IP address.

Tried nic_config and it says command not found.

Assuming it ins't on my drive is there a quick way to install it? (download native drives from Silicon dust? then CPIO the nic_install_tivo.cpio ?)

If so what is the command format of CPIO and which directory should it go in?

IIRC it's in the /sbin directory.
