HR10-250 -
Can I use a 400GB fully hacked drive to CREATE a 250GB drive for another HR10-250 or do they have to be at least the same size? Not looking to copy shows, just create a "ready to go" drive.

Yes, just backup or mfscopy with the -s option in the backup half.
