I just forced my Tivo to make a phone call, and it said "successful, pending restart", so I restarted it. When I restarted it, I got a message that said something about a service update and that it may take an hour to install it (incidentally, it just got done after only a minute or two). What is this new service update they are talking about? If it makes any difference, I have an R10. Thanks.
