DTV Just Installed

I just had DTV installed. Now I need to get my TIVO setup. Teh DTV reciver is a MDL 11. I have a series 2 Tivo. What are my options?

S-video A/V from the receiver to the TiVo, IR blaster from the TiVo to the satellite receiver. IR code 10074.
