Keyword and Sports/Baseball Wishlists empty

All my key word wishlists and Sports/Baseball wish lists are not populating (i.e. they are empty) on my HR10-250. A cold boot, re-setup, update via phone and call to DTv did not correct the problem.

Anybody experiencing similar issues or having a possible solution would be nice to hear from?
